The Scrum Master will organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, support continuous improvement, and ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed across the team. The role involves working closely with Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and leadership to improve collaboration, transparency, and delivery performance. Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Help the team follow Scrum principles, practices, and Agile methodologies. Identify and remove project impediments and blockers. Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization. Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and team performance. Encourage effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices. Protect the development team from unnecessary interruptions. Monitor project timelines and help ensure successful sprint and release delivery. Prepare Agile metrics and reports for stakeholders and management. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management , or a related field. Scrum Master certification such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) is preferred. Additional Agile certifications or project-management qualifications are a plus. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sprint planning and project coordination. Conflict resolution and problem-solving.
