We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to issue parts within our busy dealership.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify parts needs and accurately create or modify purchase orders for the appropriate vendors.Process special order parts in the dealership system and notify the appropriate advisor, technician, or customer upon receipt.Verify and process invoices by comparing them to purchase orders, ensuring correct quality, quantity, and pricing.Track, document, and manage warranty returns, outside purchases, and parts received or issued.Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular organization and ongoing cycle counts.Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient parts operations.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventoryAbility to stay organized and manage multiple tasksGood communication skillsBasic computer literacy and willingness to learn dealership systemsDependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer serviceRequirementsEducation and ExperiencePrevious RV or auto parts store experience requiredComputer and phone proficiency preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401K with company matchPTOGreat company culturePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
