Law & Motion Attorney (100% Remote – California)

A highly respected and fast-growing litigation firm is seeking a Law & Motion Attorne y to join its team. This firm is known for its strong litigation outcomes, high-volume success, and commitment to excellence in legal advocac y, making it an ideal environment for attorneys who enjoy deep legal analysis and impactful motion work. This is a fully remote opportunit y where you’ll focus on what you do best —legal research and writin g—without the day-to-day demands of court appearances or heavy client interaction

What You’ll Be Doi ng

\n
• Draft, review, and argue (if applicable ) substantive motio ns, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, motions to compel, and other pre-trial motions
\n
• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop case strategies
\n
• Collaborate closely with trial attorneys to support case progression
\n
• Analyze case law and apply it to ongoing litigation matters
\n
• Contribute to high-impact cases with meaningful legal argumen ts
\n

What We’re Looking

\n
• J.D. from an accredited law school
\n
• Acti ve California Bar license (required)
\n
• 5+ years of experie nce in civil litigation, with a strong focus on law & motion work
\n
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
\n
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
\n
• Experience drafting dispositive motions is highly prefer red
\n

Salary and Other Compensat ion:The annual salary for this position is betw een $200,000 – $210 ,000.Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candid ate.
