Attend court hearings and legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and provide legal advice. Analyze legal conflicts, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Organize and maintain accurate case files. Requirements Licensed Florida attorney in good standing. Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA). Experience in immigration law, particularly EOIR proceedings. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Spanish speaking is a plus. Education Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Passed the state bar exam. Skills Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys and staff.
